Midnight...I've been home from school and the gym for about a half hour. 2 miles tonight, at a slightly faster clip, and a short time on one of the bikes.
Another bright and sunny day. Had class last night, Interesting as always Prof. D.D. is interesting and engaging as always (I've had him for 3 classes already) Stopped off at the gym for a short treadmill session. It worked out to be half an hour, about 1.7 miles. For right now, I just want to work on getting so I don't get winded doing things

Because I just got back from the gym. I got some nice comfortable work out clothes, and headed over. first I set the treadmill to a nice steady walk with a slight incline to warm up, then turned it loose with it's setting that adjusts incline and speed to hold you at your target heart rate. Rate stayed fairly constant at 3mph, while the incline
